This really works. I lost 7.5 lbs in a week and my dad has lost 19lbs so far this month!!!!


3 Day Diet

• Loose 10 lbs in 3 days.

• Works on a chemical breakdown and is proven to work.

• Do not try to substitute any of the foods.

• Salt and Pepper may be used, but no other seasoning.

• Diet is used 3 days at a time. After the 3 days you can begin eating you normal
diet. BUT DON’T OVER DO IT.

• After the 4 days, you can go back to the 3 day diet.

• You can loose 40lbs in a month if you stick to this diet. It is a safe diet.

• NO cheating and do not pick between meals.

• Drink 6 glasses of water daily. (Black Coffee, Herbal Tea, Water)

DAY 1
Breakfast ½ Grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
Lunch ½ cup tuna, 1 slice toast.
Dinner 1 cup green beans, small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream. 2 slices and
lean meat (3 Ό oz) or chicken.

DAY 2
Breakfast 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, ½ banana.
Lunch 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers.
Dinner 2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, ½ cup carrots, ½ banana, ½ cup vanilla Ice
cream

DAY 3
Breakfast 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.
Lunch 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheese (1 oz. cheddar), 1 small apple
Dinner 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, ½ cup cantaloupe, ½ cup
vanilla ice cream.
